Unrest

If you wake-up, you have reason to hate, reason when you eat your eggs in the morning. Reason to hate is in your toothpaste, your dental floss. Reason is filling up in your gas tank at the gas station on the way to work. Reason is the sticky-notes you put around your over-worked computer screen, you think about them. You think about them because that hate and that disgust are all you can see all day long. That hate is open alongside Microsoft Word, alongside Internet Explorer. Alongside your daily fast-food reaffirmation.
At home your television on fire, there is cable of murderous rampage, there are blogs and news programs of today’s injustice. You can taste these things in your pork chop. You can see these things in your sink. And to think, the food stuck in your teeth is reason enough alone to explode. It’s all just part of an unrest, pulsing underneath your nothing skin.
